Verasight 2024 IVF Access & Insurance Survey
A nationally weighted public opinion study using data from the Verasight 2024 APHA Omnibus Survey to examine infertility prevalence, IVF access, and public attitudes toward infertility insurance mandates in the United States.
About the Study
Using data from the 2024 Verasight APHA Omnibus Survey, this study examines public support for IVF access and infertility insurance mandates across demographic and political groups in the United States. The project also explores broader perceptions of infertility as a medical condition and assesses national estimates of lifetime infertility prevalence.
Findings from this study highlight broad public support for IVF access and insurance coverage while identifying important differences across sociodemographic groups that may inform future reproductive health policy, advocacy, and health equity efforts.
The manuscript from this study is currently under peer review at the Journal of Women's Health.
