Physician Trust Study
A national mixed methods study exploring how experiences within OB-GYN care shape physician trust among women and gender-diverse individuals. The project examines communication, symptom dismissal, pain minimization, and structural healthcare barriers that may influence trust, care-seeking behaviors, and long-term engagement with healthcare systems.
Project Development
The quantitative survey instrument for this study has been completed, and WHRAC is currently developing the qualitative interview guide in preparation for national recruitment.
Community Advisory Board
WHRAC is currently recruiting a community advisory board composed of physicians and patients to provide feedback on study materials, study design, and patient-centered research approaches. The advisory board will help ensure the study reflects diverse experiences and priorities within women’s healthcare.
