About Us

The Women’s Health Research & Action Center (WHRAC) is a nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) pending) dedicated to advancing women’s health through research, storytelling, and community-driven support. We believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for, across every stage of life and every aspect of health.

WHRAC was founded by women who have experienced firsthand the stigma, delays, and gaps in care that too often define women’s health. We’re here to change that by closing those gaps and elevating the voices that have been left out. Our work spans research, advocacy, and philanthropy, with a special focus on reproductive and hormonal health conditions like infertility, endometriosis, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and pregnancy loss.

From public health studies to patient support campaigns, we strive to bridge science and compassion, connecting evidence with empathy. We champion real stories, inclusive care, and bold solutions to the health challenges women face every day.

Together, we’re building a future where women’s health matters, and where every story sparks action.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to advance women’s health through rigorous research, inclusive storytelling, and targeted support initiatives. Founded by women who have personally experienced gaps in care, delayed diagnoses, and overlooked conditions, WHRAC works to translate data into action to improve visibility, care, and outcomes across the women’s health spectrum.

Our Vision

Our vision is a healthcare system that listens to women, invests in their care, and responds with the research, resources, and respect they deserve.
